Anyone got a list of mweb news server IP's I can try, news.mweb.co.za is not giving me much joy. I used an IP here once before, instead of the news.mweb.co.za and it worked like a dream. Any suggestions, getting very frusted with 4KB/s downloads?

Use the IP again? I'm running on some 196 IP, and it's pretty fast.

Having connection issues with grabit since end of last week. Have tried the ip's as well, but nothing.

Anyone else have a similar problem?

I have not been able to connect solidly with an mweb uncapped account to Mweb's news server since seacom had issues. However if I connect with an SAIX account, it works fine, so I'm clueless. Just download less for a while and if it doesn't come right after seacom is fixed, then complain

there was a time in the past that i could download from telkom news, with mweb account, but they did stop that as well.
