Mweb openserve no support

Hi Everyone

Please can anyone assist.
My fibre connection has not been working since saturday.

I am with Mweb that uses openserve.

I cannot get hold of them:

This is what i tried so far:

I have had several email conversations with openserve, they require a B number which i can find nowhere.

I held 1 hour and 16 minutes to get through to mweb support just to be cut off by the operator when she finally did answer after i politely asked her to please help me.

I cannot login to the mweb website, it wants to send a pin to my phone for verification but my phone number changed since i registered.

Can anyone assist or give advice please.

Sorry to hear about your dilemma

As your ISP they should have your B-number on record, traceable back to your order/ID/cellphone/email/address

I hope you get resolution soon and then change to an ISP that can offer you with more efficient customer service

Would it be best to physically go to mweb ? Or should i go to Openserve ?
Contacting them did not get me far :(

Which ISP would you reccomend in randburg areas ?
 
You will need to get resolution from your ISP unfortunately, as Openserve will not directly assist customers

I am not familiar with the ISPs in that area as we operate in Cape Town
Go a search online on through the threads on these forums to see which are best

Or maybe another member will offer their recommendation here as well

I finally did get my B number and when i linked it in the app according to the openserve app there was network cable theft in my area.

How long should it take to get something like this fixed ? Its been off since last saturday.
