Hi all

So i just got fibre during october and the "12 month contract" was signed for R399

just received an email to say it will be going up to R449

Is there others who have price increases as well as is this normal ?

This was to be expected. The R399 was in my view an introductory price to capture market share, it isn't sustainable so upselling is the game.

Received my email.
Was paying R1069, from Jan I'll be paying R1089.
I'm fine with a R20 increase on my 100mbps line.

Ours is R629 and is going up by R10

obviously the cheapest will get the biggest increase

Another increase, excuse is Vumatel is increasing again. Sigh they've turned into the next Telkom. I mean this should be going down not up but anyway welcome to South Africa.
