Mweb Problems Today?

Hi there,
2 Clients have been having trouble with their ADSL being very intermittent today. One is in Hout Bay, the other in Constantia. Both are using Mweb.

Any ideas?

Whos ADSL isnt intermittant? Usually when the line keeps dropping and then coming back up, would meen that the actual line has errors on it, such as maybe touching earth or being effected by water. (did u know that when telkom join lines they use paper seals, yes so when water gets in, those so called seals are pointless) It could also be the routers but is unlikely. I recommend u log a fault and ask them to monitor the line.

All sorted. One of them had kicked out phone jack (!), and other is now working.
