MWEB Problems

Dear Mweb guy, hopefully I get a response here because MWEB support has a 3 -4 day response time.

From time to time my ADSL gets assigned an IP address that is blocked on spamhaus and various other blacklists. Why is this my problem and not Mweb's? If you have users that abuse your service then deal with them, don't assign me their IP address.

Now tell me how to get an un-blacklisted IP address please if that is even a term.

p.s. I have super duper anti virus, anti malware and firewall so it is not my PC causing the IP to be blacklisted.

Good Day Conficker, please advise if you are referring to your connection IP being blocked.

Are you receiving any specific errors indicating this, if yes please provide them to me.
