So now i'm throttled because i've used 87GB within 30 days, but only 45 GB this month.

This is a problem, especially since i just bought premium access for a month to a site. And the fact that when you are told "per month" on every other internet product it is a calendar month. This premium access is not a long term thing, and i planned the downloads with the data available, now its going to cost me more money.

Trying to phone them 2 times where the call dropped, and at this moment holding for 10min on the 3rd call.

If i don't get satisfaction from them today i think it's time to move on, because ive had nothing but issues.

When a company gets too big there's so much red tape and no more love for the customer. :(

First things first, you bought premium access to which site? ;)

OK update: basically comes down to "sorryyyy for yuuuu"!
So i'm moving over. I'm fed up with call centre, too bad-so-sad responses.

The guy CONFIRMS the accounts department closes at 7, let me put you through. *ring**ri...* "Our operating hours are from..." So no luck THERE :(

@Mike - don't you worry about that lol

Just upgrade your mweb account to PREMIUM.

Even the 2Meg only throttles at 200GBs.

Move nie oor regeer it in a few months when they change their limits to whatever they think you should use.
