My own "****ing" rock, or maybe I just have better things to do than read through entire acts etc, though if that's your thing knock yourself out by all means. You could at least learn some manners along the way.

I am please to say that Axxess doesn't require such nonsense, sign up online, choose your package and pay obviously, that's it. But they asked for ID number, maybe that is what RICA is.

I agree, it is nonsense... but Axxess are not fulfilling their legal obligation to comply with RICA (as many other ISP's including MWEB) aren't either. Give it another two years and ICASA et al will get involved and it will be a mare.
