Mweb Scam? (not actually mweb)

I need advice.

I just got a call from a guy claiming to be with Mweb, he called on our landline, number withheld/private.

Asking me about doing tests on my line and stuff, he got to my line speed and I hungup.

We are not even with Mweb, is this some sort of new scam or something

Send me your land line number and I'll checked if it was a call from MWEB but if you look at how the call went it has the same style of the Microsoft scam tech call. Don't know if you heard of it but you can search it on Google.

Did you go through the tests with him until doing line speed tests and then hang up?
