Mweb sip traffic problem

One of my clients are using Mweb adsl. They also use a Vox phone. For a while there is intermittend sip registration failures. It seems to be a Mweb problem. Do you have similar problems.

Yep this is still a problem. SIP not being allowed or something funny going on with MWEB accounts trying to register with VOX SIP servers. Have confirmed this only relates to MWEB by changing to another ISP and registration works fine.

It's highly annoying because we finally sorted out our 'recommended' installation for VoIP and ADSL then MWEB goes and changes something which screws it all up.

We're back with Afrihost until this gets resolved, which looks like never at the current pace (been down since Tuesday last week).

I've had our network engineers look into this and they picked up a small issue which should now be resolved. If anyone has any ongoing problems please send MWEB Guy details for the SIP service being used and we'll address it.
