Mweb smtp cc limit

Hi Mweb Guy. I'm the I.T. manager for a company utilizing your services. We're having trouble receiving our incoming business mail hosted with you today. Our account management number is 50034390. I have tried calling your call centers but they are clueless as to the problem and not helpful either (asking me to test my line speed on Telkom's speed test server). Our line speed has proven to be fine, and we've tested with other ISP accounts as well as 3G and the problem persists. imap.mweb.net/pop3.mweb.net is timing out when we try to receive any mails larger than a few kilobytes (and we have one of our accounts pending a 25Mb attachment, so its going into an indefinite receive loop timeout). Either your server is severely congested, or there is another networking problem at play.

“Task ‘Synchronizing subscribed folders for <username>@rapalavmc.co.za.’ reported an error (0x800CCC0F): ‘Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for <username>@rapalavmc.co.za. Error: The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).’”

Please could you confirm if this is a problem on your servers or not, as right now it is my shoulders that are receiving some heavy flack from my manager who seems to think that it is my fault that his mails are not coming through. If I had it my way in this place, our domain would certainly be hosted on our own mail server instead, but alas we can't always have it our own way after all

Done. Thanks a lot for your help & sorry to hijack your thread daveza - sometimes it can seem tough to get an important person's attention any other way
