Im using a private domain's SMTP settings for my outbox settings in Outlook

When I connect to my offices connection (Neotel) it sends no problem

When I am at home and try send a email (via MWEB) it gets blocked and asks me to validate the SMTP account details, which I know are correct.

I have called Mweb technical support and tried using the Mweb SMTP account details and even this doesnt work.

Anyone have any help to offer me?

Morning jeremydixon, have you selected "server requires Authentication" via your mail application and are you sending via port 587?

I spoke to a tech yesterday who said use the standard port.

I can swtich it over, what auth do I use? I assume my mweb email address but which password?
