We have a web server for our clients running out of Germany. We do have two clients that send out opt-in newsletters to their clients. All newsletters have immediate working unsubscribe links and as far as we are aware, comply fully with SA legislation relating to bulk email distribution.
However, MWeb appear to have spam blocked our entire server. No emails from our server appear to go to MWeb email addresses. Both our ISP and ourselves have checked all major international spam monitors and we are clean. So it's just MWeb's internal servers - not international specialists in this field that have blocked our server.
Does anyone know who to contact to get the server "unblocked" and to find out why it was blocked in the first place?
