Mweb has been totally useless in helping with the setup of this product.

Does anyone know if it's possible to setup a TP LINK modem with a static IP with Mweb or do I have to buy their modem?

You have to use the supplied router, I would go with the Cisco Router as it can operate in "Live Mode" which allows you give your machines each their own Public Static IP, as if they were in a Data Center.

Don't they supply you with a free modem?

Is this a home ADSL account or business ADSL account?
(Think home they offer you one static IP and for business from 5 static IP's)

If it's business ADSL you will have to use theirs, if for home I think your modem/router will need to support L2TP with a secret, not sure if the TP link supports that.

Would you please PM me your account info and also include the product you are connecting with.
