I have a problem, every time after load shedding. I loose internet connection. This has been happening for about 3 months now and the issue hasn't been resolved. What ends up happening is MWEB will blame Telkom and Telkom will do the same. MWEB will do a port reset and try reset my router, but still nothing. Who do I blame in such a situation? IV been thinking of moving to Afri Host for a while now. Do you think this will solve my problem?

Seriously though, you could get a UPS for the router only so that you stay connected during the outages.

I'm with telkom mobile and I have the same problem, when there is load shedding it takes anything between 15 min to 1 hour to come right at the moment, I'm testing the mweb service and I'm having the same problem, try axxess I used them for 3 years with no problems
