mweb test account

Morning all
I do adsl tech support and come across a client with a mweb locked modem cant remember the model but its a billion, the modem could sync but needed to be verified via telkoms website www.telkom.co.za/verifyadsl

the modem says its connected to the intenet via the status page using the clients username and password but I could not log on the verify site and could not use the guest@telkomadsl username cos the modem is locked. Is there a test account I could use from mweb to log in this website

or put the modem into bridge mode and use the guest account for telkom, making the pc dial the account.

Dam feel like an idiot now but thanks will try this hope it will work cos if the modem is locked then bridge mode should also be disabled cos that would mean a really ****y lock
