I've hit my 250gb 30 day cycle throttle so I activated my VPN as some websites claim that it bypasses the throttle but the connection is still slow AF. Does anyone know if a VPN can bypass the throttle?

Using a VPN to bypass throttling is like using a different garden hose to siphon fuel out of an empty fuel tank. It's NOT gonna happen!

Your actual internet account is throttled, not your IP connection to it.

Well first of all you chose Mweb to be your ISP when you know they have a FUP. Switch to an ISP with no FUP or switch to a high capped account.

the exact reason I left them and went to Telkom and then Afrihost.
