Had the Mweb 50gb LTE contract for one month before the router and sim gave up the ghost completely on Friday.
Despite many phone calls they could do nothing but organize callbacks and escalations..
At midday today I drove to Cell C shop, got the same contract with a FREE router and was home and browsing within 45 minutes .
Mweb must contact IS. They must contact someone else etc etc.
Their call centre staff seem to be clueless ?
