MWEB to launch more gaming servers

How about a BFBC2 hardcore server at least? I dunno if Vietnam is worth it - activity wise?

Its awesome that MWEB is actually working together with international expertise regarding game servers, rather do it professionally than have the community have to trial and error the work of braindump MCSEs. :)

EDIT: No offense aimed at Mweb, just commenting on the other service providers.
 
but the latency to the servers is always 500ms and more, not worth playing on those servers with that high "lag", and the best of all we using uncapped with Mweb.

Then you're probably not playing on an MWEB server. Must be an international (or Telkom) one. Latency to MWEB servers is about 10-20ms which is very,very good. Only problem is there's never people on them. For example I've never even seen 1 person on the Left4Dead Mweb servers, even though they have those low pings.

People who play games jut don't use MWEB so much it seems. That's what they are trying to change.
 
Brad is a really awesome guy. Looking out for the underdog and willing to help you if you got the support/player base to setup a server.

+1 I've had a dealing with him and wow, what an informative and friendly guy. And excited about his job too.
 
I am with MWEB (uncapped) and only play on the Igame and wage servers (40-80 ping) for precisely the reason Veyron described, the mweb servers are normally 999 for me (BFBC2) - I once saw them at 400. Does anyone know the reason for this?
 
Mweb and telkom are not peering yet. So no go for telkom players.

How do you find the mweb BC2 servers BTW?
 
Getting servers locally for some MMO games would be awesome.

I cant seems to pick up the New Mweb Servers in the browser. Does anyone know the actual names of them?
