Mweb U still not fix

well despite the odd conversations in this topic i can also say for once I am dissapointed in mweb, after a month I am still having issues, and I am only getting pushed around. I am now scouting for the Mweb Guy and maybe he can point me in the right direction, or else WISP here I come, been threatening a while now so this might be the final nail in the coffin.

I'm pretty sure that MWeb Guy will sort you out.

Alex6637, thanks for the info, always interesting to see how different character sets work on different systems. Do you use an English operating system?

Are the sites you are trying to access in China? Have you tried doing a tracert on the sites you're trying to visit? Post the results and let other people users on different ISPs see if they are getting the same results.

If they are, look for a VPN provider that gives you better speed. If you aren't downloading a lot from the sites I'm sure Mweb won't mind.
 
Also Google translate does an awful job at translating Chinese. What did you mean when you wrote that first post in Mandarin?

the site is in china:http://hp2.youxi.xunlei.com/ and can go on with the other ISP or 3G. Mweb block these domain from 5pm - 11-30 Monday-Friday. I did use the proxy to test but can go on to the site.now I use 1mb line download around 2gb (23:30-08:00) so +-3Gb in a day.do tracert once the 1st time and MG did the magic but after ...... till now almost 3 weeks.but not only me being block is most the chinese use this domain being block they also can't download within the time.i did aks HK some network technician they said is my ISP filter the site. and Mweb tell a lot of lies they said they didn't block is oversea like UK they block because Mweb use their back born

I did account termination on friday but they didn't confirm.

Good Morning Alex

As we have explained to you on many occasion's, we have not blocked the website on our side.

We have still not received feedback from the website admin team in question and resend the request this morning.
