Mweb Uncappe Traceroute

I would just like to get some feedback ....

I purchased a Mweb uncapped account and did a traceroute and found the following results. The results points out that im using the IS network and not Mweb. Is mweb reselling for IS or did my ISP made a mistake with my account ?
