MWEB Uncapped My account

Contact the technical guys @ mweb .. had the same problem but they resolved it quickly for me.

Their phone lines are always so busy and the email support takes up to 7 days
 
i think you can log on using your account no and password you dont need email address

Their sales department fails. They tried calling me yesterday but I couldn’t take the call because I was driving. I told him to call me back in 20 mins ( at which point I would’ve been home) but never got the call.

So I called them back this morning to ask about the Free Uncapped Account and the sales guy knew nothing about it :/

Free Uncapped Account ?? Are you referring to the 1000 free accounts they had on Facebook ?
