Mweb/Vumatel broken fibre - not getting support

Need advice please. Friend of mine has a broken Fibre cable that needs to be repaired, but not getting support from Mweb/Vumatel.

Her husband recently passed away and she's been battling ever since to get support as the account was on his name.

Please assist, anyone who can advise or pm's would be appreciated.
