My ADSL line became intermittent and has a lot of timeouts and I report this to them as they handle the admin of my line, and I detail that the problem that I am getting HEC and CRC errors, but the rest look fine, they need to report it to Telkom.
4 Days later I still have not received a reply, I had to contact the mweb guy on Facebook. 2 days later I get a reply, that their answer was to sync my line at a much slower rate, after my line has worked for 4 years on this speed.
I ask them to undo and report it to Telkom. Surprise 4 days later still no response, I need to contact MwebGuy again. They said they will call me, 3 days later I get a call where I explain the problem again, eventually the guy says he will log it. Now it 3 days later again and I checked with Telkom and no Call has been logged. It is going on 2 weeks with terrible internet, which I understand is not the ISP's network but they have the administration of my line and the portal tools into telkom to report this fault. I have worked in that sector for more than 6 years doing what they do and I would have been fired on the spot if let it slip this bad... I am flabbergasted...
Will never ever ever again recommend Mweb to annyone
