Mweb...wrong password

Hey guys i need some help with something, my adsl has been down for like 3 weeks,and now when i try login on my mweb account it says incorrect username and password,however i have entered everything correct,i even changed my password to see if that would fix it but no luck


IV had this problem once before and it just sorted itself out in 10 minutes,any help will be appreciated,ill phone mweb later

I'm not sure how anyone here can help you with your password. Either you're typing it in incorrectly or some other setting on the router (like the @... part of the username) is incorrect. I suggest your call MWeb Technical Support to check all the settings are correct. They also have a procedure to reset your password, which, IIRC, involves faxing them some details. Of course, this is a frustration, because they need to ensure that the owner of the account is the person requesting the password reset.
