I don't know how the mweb helpdesk would be able to assist if the files you have on their server are not secure.
They do not have the expertise and I doubt it is within their responsibility to be sorting out your code issues.
I say "your code issues' as it's your wordpress that you have installed, your chosen theme and your chosen plugins.
I'm unsure how you can expect a 'provider of hardware' to be solving hacking issues. DDOS yeah, but not really hacking.
Wordpress core is extremely secure so that's probably not where the problem is.
The theme is more than likely secure, unless it's very old and using a buggy version on TimThumb (but I haven't seen any of those in a while) or has quite a bit of stuff built in.
So it's probably a plugin that you're using that could be badly coded or coded with a vulnerability.
