MWeb's new reduced pricing

So, correct me if I'm wrong but with Mweb we are billed in advance.
With the new reduced pricing kick into effect today (1st of Feb), does that mean we are (e.g. for a 4MB data + line) R200 in credit for March's billing run?

MWEB did not reduce any pricing. They did add new products.
