Well that did not last long.... now I am only getting this....
I will be monitoring this through the month and it would be good if someone using a 384k service with one of the other companies could share their speeds. Need to see if MWeb is still the best!

While I don't have fancy graphs like yours, my torrents were doing an average 22KB/s all morning till 9 and now it's more like 10KB/s and lower (mweb)

So 9am on a Saturday seems to be one of their shaping times!
Used to get full speed on the SAIX news server all weekend!
