MXIT and Blackberry

Does anyone know if they have managed to get Mxit working with a blackberry - the 8100 Pearl in particular?! Or even the 8310.

Get on your blackberry and select 'Other' and download. Mabey ur lucky!!

I don't have one yet - it a huge consideration if I get one or not.

Yea i see that... but on the MXIT forums seems no one has had any luck.

Any myadsl.co.za users had any luck with BB and MXIT?

Best I can tell some people have had some luck but then you have to use the internet apn which means no all inclusive.

The 8110 comes with GPS (and the software) - the 8120 has WiFi but not GPS.

What I do if I want to chat to all the mxit kiddies/junkies/kind folk, is I sign into my Google Talk on my BB. Mxit users can add and chat to Google Talk contacts, altho I find their gateway to be a little hit and miss sometimes. Seems to work fine for their users on their newer @m1.mixit.co.za platform.
