If you have heard of Mxit on your mobile peez tell me if this is true?Is it true that Mxit is bad for your phone and stuff or is it only the v.5 version?? Pleez tell me!!

Hint: Don't listen to dumb rumours that are started by bored mxit kids. How can a piece of software be bad for your phone? If it works once it'll keep working until the software itself is updated.

version 5 is buggy and doesnt work on sum phones. Rather do what alternate says and download from the web site.
Those versions have been tested and you should have much problems with it.
I am also on it most of the day.

Just to clear something up here

The so called MXit V5 going around now, is just a badly edited version of the current MXit V3 the real version 5 from will come out on about the 25 september

I don't think that I could ever use mxit properly (if my phone supported it), because:

a) I have better things to do with my life than sit on my phone all day, such as actually talking to people and
b) I am in the habit of typing things out properly, it comes from being good (well, ok) at english, using my computer for a lot of school stuff and using predictive text on my phone ... I can hardly stand abrieviations except for the odd u, ppl and so on
