MXQ Pro 4K corrupt Netflix app

Is anybody aware of a MXQ Pro 4K tv box reseller in Johannesburg who has the requisite software that will reinstall an app (for example Netflix) on a box that has a corrupted app (in my case I clicked on update which I only found out later would disable it). If there is a reasonable charge I would be quite happy to deliver and collect. Or has anybody have another solution?

Have u tried a factory reset of the box ?
U can do it through the android software or
The user guide gives u steps to do this externally.
