Ok so I got a new box and it works but I cannot log in to my Netflix account as it is pre-installed in the box, does anyone know the procedure, even Netflix does not know

MXQ devices are usually pre-rooted and don't have Widevine DRM.
So you will have a very difficult time to get Netflix working since it checks these things.

Check if there isn't any ATVXperience firmware compatible with your device and flash it.
Maybe it will work then.
