Unisa does not answer phone calls nor respond via email.
lizzy2, you can find the detail you need here: http://www.unisa.ac.za/Default.asp?Cmd=ViewContent&ContentID=25058

I think the actual test to study at Unisa is finding the information yourself. You will need to follow up on the application yourself. Do not assume anything. Finding what assignments you need to submit and how to submit it is part of the test.

If you do an EFT note that Unisa is a Bank approved beneficiary, so no bank details are needed.

Good Luck!

Dear prospective student

Thank you for your application to study at Unisa during 2014. Your reference number for this
application is quoted above and must be used in all correspondence and enquiries with Unisa.

This letter serves to confirm that we have received your application, but it can only be
finalised upon receipt of the following items listed below:

An amount of R150,00 (non-refundable) in respect of your application for admission.
Applicants residing in SA may deposit the amount at any Standard Bank by filling in the following on
the deposit slip: Deposit reference - your reference number; and 5370810030 (leave one space open
between this number and the reference number); Account number - 096R. If paying by South African Post
Office postal order, please ensure that you complete the section at the back of the postal order
entitled "Your details" (including your reference number).
International applicants may pay by credit card (http://applications.unisa.ac.za) or by means of Swift
payment (Beneficiary: Unisa student deposits; Standard Bank; Account number: 011554622; Branch code:
010645; Swift code: SBZAZAJJ). Please fax proof of Swift payment to 012 429 4150.
Please adhere to applications closing dates (see www.unisa.ac.za) as no application payments will be
accepted during the registration period.

Your application will receive further attention once all the outstanding information has been
received by the University.

We look forward to having you as part of the Unisa student body.

Yours faithfully

Deputy Registrar

PS: This is definitely the wrong section to be posting in. Reading and understanding instructions given is a requirement to successful self-study. I would recommend you do one or two of Unisa's short courses before throwing a lot of cash after a full formal qualification.

I don't how much confusion it takes for one to register an account just to ask such

Hold the phone a minute there, you mean to say Registrations for Semester 2 are open? I thought it started on June 17?

Mr_M If you are an existing student you can select next semester's subjects from June 16
