My Broadband "new speed tests" ??? Differ vastly from Telkom

I was not sure where to post this but it is where the test results "post this result" brought me.
There is a huge difference in the results from SAIX/Telkom and My Broadband?? Both hosted by Ookla.
Both to Cape Town.
I only tested CT (I am in CT)
My Broadband =
Download Speed: 6926 kbps (865.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 879 kbps (109.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 174 ms
Jitter: 109 ms

Download Speed: 8914 kbps (1114.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 869 kbps (108.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 18 ms

Upload Speed: 917 kbps (114.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 154 ms

I was browsing the thread early on (maybe 60-70 posts) and noticed the latencies seemed very high, 100ms and more, on the majority of results.

What happened to the International test on the new speed test? I usually had lower results internationally than locally
