i need some help selecting my new internet for my work

we have 2 offices 1 in Johannesburg and 1 in Pretoria.

the Johannesburg office only needs to connect to the pretoria office
the pretoria office needs to connect to germany office at a low latency and high speeds.

i am willing to go for normal adsl or leased lines i just need your input

I would recommend getting a Diginet line for Pretoria for the low latency / high reliability, then perhaps two uncapped ADSL's for the Johannesburg branch and connect it to the Pretoria branch over a VPN

when i goto the telkom line rental place i see this:

i see that there is <50 ; 50-100 ....
and so on
what exactly does this mean
