Yes - that would be fraud and probably a really great way to make it into prison

I'm guessing they'd get suspicious if you "dropped" your camera after each year.
Everything of mine is insured for what Outsurance term "Out and about" - it covers a gamut of stuff like accidents, theft and all that. You'd be crazy to not have things insured. If I had to replace my camera by myself right now I'd be crying.

I was involved in an accident in my car and the quote for repairs came to +- R5000 and the excess is +-R2500 wtf is insurance there for anyways then?
