My card on the rocks?

I have a GTX 560 and well been getting weird stuff like this.







On the nose of my car, also in tome raider neck it start happing today ... updated the driver still same issue

so guess its time for a new one?

Have you tried formatting yet, new drivers, old drivers, different PC...etc etc?

Yes, yes nothing has change in my system just suddenly started to happend

Take out the card, clean it a bit, downclock it even. No need to try another PC first. Just format or install windows to another HDD or partition to see if the same stuff happens.
