I'm quite an avid reader of http://www.thedailywtf.com/ especially since some of the things that get posted there seem so eerily familiar.
And this morning I experienced yet another WTF moment after trying to contact TelkomInternet support via email. Yes, I should know better by now but I didn't feel like being on the phone for an hour.
So I looked up the contact email address on http://www.telkomsa.net/. It states: For Technical Support Queries email us at [email protected]
Imagine my surprise when I got back this message after sending the email:
At least the failure notice includes information about how to contact support..
