my dell machines keep blowing caps!!

my work machines are dell!!!

can't do much about it... but the caps on the motherboards of lots of these machines are blowing!!!

Very common problem since 1999, which have not been fixed by all motherboard manafacturers:

its dell, as i said, can't do much about it, this is for the company i contract to, its their decision etc etc etc... i walk in, sit down with my latop and all is good for me!
