I don't do doctors too easily....

So when I get aches pains and think I might be getting cancer(s) , I bite the bullet and head on over to Doctor Google...

For the last two years...... My prostate would give me a dull pain whilst laying down...... I would ease the pain by sleeping on my side.....

About a week back, I read on Google that Pumpkin seeds were a superfood to help relieve this burden....

So I am passing on advice to those of you that have the same experience...

Munch on one handful of raw pumpkin seed's twice a day and cut back on the coffee....

Within three days , the dull pain was gone....

There's your friday advice....

You have a prostate issue and don't go see a doctor?

You do know that if it's cancer and you let it breed you'll probably be dead in less than 2 years right?

OTOH, it could also just be that you have an inguinal hernia which pushes against the prostate, but either way, go see a doc asap!

See a doctor ASAP.

If it is an enlarged prostate, it could be either benign prostate hyperplasia, or... something worse. If it is just BPH, then you will be given something to reduce your dihydrotestosterone levels.

Testosterone comes in many different forms, and the most potent is dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Testosterone is converted into DHT, and DHT is responsible for enlarging the prostate because of how potent it is. In order to treat BPH, they give you stuff to lower your DHT, which over time, shrinks the prostate.

You can get drugs that do that, or natural remedies. The natural remedies surprisingly seem to work. Check your local Clicks in the supplements aisle.

One thing to bear in mind - if DHT falls too low, it also can cause problems. Low DHT will reduce your libido and also has other negative health effects.

Take Beta-sitoterol, it will relieve your pain within 30mins. Look it up on solal.co.za

No!No!No!

No doctors until I see blood people!

Here are the symptoms of Prostate Cancer...

These symptoms include:
A need to urinate frequently, especially at night.
/I do this, but because of my gout medication and only at night!
Difficulty starting urination or holding back urine.
/Only if some big Dick is pissing next to me.....
Weak or interrupted flow of urine.
/Weak, but not interrupted, due to age and medication....
Painful or burning urination.
/Nothing....... awesome feeling when pissing....
Difficulty in having an erection.
/ Nope, turns our pumpkin seeds are good for strong dicks, go figure!
Painful ejaculation.
/Moose feels mike nookie......
Blood in urine or semen.
/Nope, just changes colour according to what beer I be suiping...

Blue Shirt, has a point, I do have a wee Hernia sticking out just above me belly, but it bothers me not and makes for a good topic of discussion at braai's......

I also think owning a beer boep that presses down on me organs has a lot to due with me aches and pains...

Think I am going to swim the noo.......

:D

Thanks for all the caring, milking advice......

Not all symptoms are the same. My uncle died of Prostate cancer after having a normal check-up and standard prostate exam just 11 months before he died. It was discovered at a very advanced stage and he had not had any symptoms what so ever. Your life though :p

..... and with 11 months to go, did he embark on chemo treatment?

Go to doc to take a blood sample to test your PSA..Prostate Specific Antigen. You will soon know if cancer or not.No fingers or anything like that;)

Schrödinger's cat or Morty's Moose? Consider that, quantum mechanically, you simultaneously have and don't have prostate cancer. You will only know for sure until you get it checked out. Just do it already. Its not that hard or expensive, compared to the peace of mind you'll get at the price.

"No doctors until I see blood" makes no sense. By that logic "no drinking until I'm thirsty", or "no s***ting until I s*at myself".

Jokes aside, why are you so hellbent on not going to a doc?
