Hell if I remember. Maybe Bad Dudes Vs Dragon Ninja, Ms Pac Man or Bubble Bobble.

I can't remember the first game precisely but it would had to have been one of the following:

1. Arkanoid on the C64 - https://www.c64-wiki.com/index.php/Arkanoid
2. Bubble Bobble on the C64 - https://www.c64-wiki.com/index.php/Bubble_Bobble
3. Excitebike on the NES - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excitebike - Edit: wait wasn't this on Atari?

My first arcade game, I don't recall :( Probably Street Fighter or some platformer, I distinctly remember a 2D scroller with a monkey and a lot of explosions, not DKK.
My first proper standalone PC game was Battle Chess. (If we disregard C64 as a PC, as it plugged into a TV :p)
My first Sega Mega Drive/Genesis game was Mortal Kombat 1
My first Playstation 1 game was Resident Evil, aside from some demo CD I had which kept me entertained for hours :D

1999 Mame32 and sega games at my dads work. Think it was dungeons and dragons.
