Is there anyone here that knows why my friends phone say http fail error on his d500 when he sends mms messages

tried that stuff.even reseted the phone.nada

He could try a full EEPROM reset, it'll wipe everything not on the SIM card, so backup everything before doing this!!!

With a full battery and no SIM card in the handset enter the following code: *2767*3855# note that the 3855 will show as ---- on screen.

The phone will reset and turn back on. Leave the handset on for at least a couple of minutes before turning off to put the SIM card back in.

You'll then need to request your MMS/GPRS settings again.

I think to access the password you must reflash the phone with,or you can try the 000000 thing again

are you having the same problem with all 3 networks , if not it could be a firmware issue ,
