Another fail. This month my bill is 48 pages and I'm being billed R17 for "Itemized Billing - Paper". And this is after I emailed social on the 16th and asked for email billing.

Today I went to the Telkom at Menlyn to asked them to fix it. He said he fixed it. But in his mind he was already thinking that the end was coming because he was wearing a Vodacom T-shirt.

My bill, 4 pages, pretty simple, would have actually liked some data references to billing periods. Was billed on 2 September 2011, for approx. R500 which is correct, since I joined mid August. So R200 <once-off>, R100 <half August>, R200 <September>, needs to pe paid by 30 September 2011.
