It never used to be. It's a very noticeable difference. I'd say it's probably about 4 to 5 times slow.
I am on a 3gb cap with 384 line speed (albeit that apparently became 512 or 1mb)
Telkom phoned me last month asking if I want faster internet or uncapped for R191 extra. I said no.
Now I wonder... it's fine during the day but at night it's horrible.
Do I phone and complain?
