Ringtones yes, SMS tones... maybe... but it's a little tricky!

Yep i've done both before.
Grab the Nokia files from the net. (google - e.g. "Stock Nokia N95 Ringtones)
(Stock Nokia Ringtones). Then convert to AIFF (.aiff) for SMS or AAC (.m4a) for Ringtone. For Ringtone, rename .m4a to .m4r, import into iTunes and sync with the iPhone. (must be < 30 seconds long to sync)

Transfer to the iPhone (jailbreak required for SMS tones)
