This is my little Gem of software I found one day.
All Windows PC's basically keep a list of all hardware that has been previously used on a system. This does impact performance somewhat.
You can display this hardware in Device Manager by running a few commands, but you still have to remove everything separately.
This software I use at work and home to remove all disconnected, removed devices that are not being used on my system.
Just install it, launch it and choose view=display detached\non present devices.
You can remove all devices with one shot.
I just removed my CellC Stick and removed all non present devices and it installed again when I connected it. Speeds a bit better, haha
