hi guys

I happend to stumble apon a wireless network near our office at work , and its open and has internet access. :D
Now the question is should I care whos it is? and should i just plug in a spare laptop and begin downloading? :rolleyes: - which I have alreaddy checked and get about 10-20kps.
But I would like to do the nice thing like find out whos it is and if they mind. Any suggestions?

Do a network scan and you will see wat is going on and send a mesage .

cammand, net send "name" "Who's network is it" or Likewise and no response enjoy.
 
How do i scan the network? must i use a tool? and what will net send do? send a message to who exactly?

Im not worried about protection as it is a spare laptop i am using and will be formatted soon anyway before it goes back onto our network. Thanks
 
Ok i worked out net send , but should i use a tool to check whats on the network?
