MY MTN app and web login does not work??? NO OTP???

Have tried several days now to login to MY MTN App on i phone, as well as on the MTN Web portal, it never sends an OTP to login???

Have messaged MTN on facebook, no reply???

Have you checked your spam folder for the otp? Mine comes via email

My OTP is linked to my cell, have that issue sorted.

Problem is my account was corporate, but now am consumer... So I get an error while trying to log in.

Approx 20 days later, 15 or so emails, 3 store visits ... problem still not sorted out.
