My n95 freezes

Please some body help me.When i go to my messages my phone just hangs and i dont know why...well it started when i installed smstalk then i uninstalled it,so it worked fine after that but now it started again could it be a virus or something?
 
do a full reset on the phone , *7370#
 
Is there a way to save my msgs and contacts before i do that?
 
With all the features on the N95 I would have expected a dedicated THAW button :D
 
what about using the task manager.????

Are you refering to SMS messages? If so - as a [costly] last resort (no other options available) - you could temporarily forward the critical ones to another cell number (own/trusted friend) - to be send back once the phone is ok. This will cost you so it is a last resort for very important messages of which content cannot be scribbled down. Same can apply to critical e-mail current;y stored on phone only. Maybe I'm talking crap here - so please ignore my post if it's not making any sense (long day for me) :)
 
yes you are talking crap lol because i managed to save them to my mmc but now i got new msgs and i cant seem to do it again...

If the phone isn't working, take it in for "repairs" or point out the problem to the people you got it from. Surely it still has its warranty? Unless you tried opening it.

Either way, if what everyone's said doesn't help you, then your last resort would be to take it in for repairs. Oops.
 
Thanks for the last part but whats with the rhymes? they dont even make sense but hey thanks...
