My new 9300 keys stutter.

I bought a BB 9300 for my wife so she can bbm our kids in the UK. Problem now is she wants to chuck it against the wall because of the keyboard. It types like this;
I hhhavve ccchangeddd tthe ssetttinggs in Sccreeen aanddd Keeybboaardd frommmm Norrmalll toooo Sllloww anddd nowwwww ittt ttypppesss lllikkke tthisssss;
A bitt better, buttt still stutters and now donn't know whhat to do.
Her friend also has the same problem with her 9300.
Some phones have a setting for the pause between a double click of the same key in mSecs. Perhaps for people that have Parkingsons.
Any idea?

Yes but seriously those entry level bb handsets play up very often. Take it in to the store you got it from.

Also bbm is really not anything special, you can just use whatsapp, works on any phone.

Had a 9300 for two years and never had this problem.

My work phone (9780), two of my colleague's phones (same as mine) and a friends phone all do this. Can't really expect much else from such a crap phone I spose. Luckily my personal phone is an iphone 4S and my wife's new phone is the S2... neither have this issue, lol.

But ya, best you can do is take it in for repairs under warranty, they will most likely just swap it as it's not even worth it for them to waste time repairing it.
