That means there are 17% of all connections that are slower than THAT.

At the time you posted 1 June your account was being speed limited. It was lifted this morning.

I would advise checking & monitoring your usage via My Account as this will help from being speed limited again.

The 1MB Premium account has a threshold in the region of 100GB on a 30 day rolling window.

This was a new line, I checked via my account login and I checked my mweb mail. I could not figure how it would hit that much in two weeks.

I emailed tech support as well to indicate that this account does not show. Its not like I did not check.

I was out of ideas when I posted. It was not a complaint, it was to see if other people in my area are having a problem.

please do continue to monitor your usage.

Your package is still within the first month, therefore the system does not have 30 days usage to calculate the threshold on.

It will therefore implement throttling based on your daily average usage.

I.e. if your daily average exceeds the daily average imposed on the account, throttling will be implemented.
